Reporting returns/warranty requests
It may happen that you want to return something. Of course you would like this to be handled quickly. You can help us with this by submitting in the right way.
Return guidelines:
Exalto will process your return if the following guidelines are:
- Please use the return form. The form must be fully completed and signed.
- Your return will only be processed if the return form has a return number assigned by Exalto.
- Items not purchased from Exalto may not be returned.
- You must deliver the shipment carriage paid.
- Returned items must be sent unused, in their original, undamaged and sticker-free packaging.
- You are not entitled to return articles that are not listed in the catalogue (so-called E numbers).
- You are not entitled to return articles with customer-specific processing.
- Enclosing a copy of the packing note or invoice is mandatory.
Crediting guidelines:
- Returns returned within 60 days will be credited 100%, provided they are undamaged and saleable.
- Returns returned within 120 days will be credited with 80%, provided they are undamaged and saleable.
- Returns returned within 180 days will be credited with 60%, provided they are undamaged and saleable.
- Returns of items purchased more than 180 days ago will not be accepted.
- Exalto reserves the right to charge 15% of net order value with a minimum of EUR 25 as return costs, for example in case of damage to the item or packaging.
