PolySealer PS55 White - MS Polymer sealant NSF Food Grade

Bardahl PolySealer PS55 White is a professional MS Polymer sealant for durable sealing, bonding and protecting a variety of materials. This one-component sealant is UV-resistant, weatherproof and impervious to moisture and temperature fluctuations. Thanks to its solvent- and isocyanate-free composition, this sealant is safe to use and suitable for applications within the food industry and pharmacy, confirmed by the NSF food grade certificate.

Resistant to extreme temperatures

PolySealer PS55 retains its sealing and elastic properties at temperatures from -40°C to +90°C and is shortly resistant to temperatures up to 180°C. This makes this sealant extremely suitable for heavy industrial and technical applications.

Processing and Use

The Bardahl MS Polymer Sealer is easy to apply with a manual sealant gun, pneumatic sealant gun or with a spatula. For a tight end result the sealant can be post-treated with a hard brush.
The surface should be clean, dry, dust- and grease-free. If necessary, clean and degrease beforehand with a suitable, non-aggressive solvent.
