This self-adhesive panel is a ready-to-use combination of sound-absorbing and sound-insulating materials. The sound-insulating layer is made of plastic and weighs a substantial 8 kilograms per square meter. Merfocom guarantees quick installation, as you’re done as soon as you apply a single panel. The glass fiber top layer makes Merfocom fire-resistant, impact-resistant, decorative, and moisture- and oil-repellent. This panel is self-adhesive and therefore quick and easy to install. Merfocom is particularly suitable for lining engine compartments. It complies with ISO 4589 and is approved for use in the engine rooms of yachts that must bear a CE mark.
