The NEYFIK® FEM4060 Escape Mask provides certified protection of at least 40 minutes according to the EN403:2007 standard. This long time gives you ample opportunity to evacuate or flee a burning building. Once an emergency situation involving smoke or chemical gases occurs, it is essential to put on the mask and find a safe exit as soon as possible. The mask features unique reflective cords, making you a victim quickly visible to emergency services, even if you cannot find a way out. The NEYFIK® Fire Escape mask is always available when you need it. The mask can be put on within 30 seconds, and the special filter filters all hazardous chemicals from the air. Important features of the NEYFIK® FEM4060 Fire Escape Mask include: 40 minutes of breathing air:The mask provides at least 40 minutes of protection from smoke inhalation, which is the leading cause of serious injury or even death in a fire. Active carbon filter: The full face mask filters carbon monoxide (CO) and other hazardous smoke and gases produced in a fire. Always visible: The evacuation mask features unique reflective cords that make you instantly visible to first responders (BHV) and/or the fire department. Reflective material: The evacuation mask is made of fire-resistant and reflective material to protect your head and face from heat, while the clear window provides optimal visibility to find a safe exit. 5-year shelf life: The mask comes fully vacuum sealed and has a 5-year shelf life, the longest in the industry. This allows you to store it at your home or office for a long time. Important: Escape masks are intended for single use and should not be removed from the vacuum packaging before actual use. As soon as the packaging is opened, the carbon filter is activated, so operation cannot be guaranteed during an emergency.
