The Zipwake straight 300S interceptor has a width of 300 mm and comes with 3 meters of cable and cable cover strips.

Straight interceptors come in a 4 sizes, the 300-S, 450-S, 600-S and 750-S for modular use.

Series S forms a product family of four straight, four V-shaped, four articulated and one intermediate interceptors. This first-ever modular design, makes the interceptors durable, affordable and perfectly adapted to any planing or semi-planing boat between 6 and 15 meters (20-50 ft).

All components are carefully designed to withstand shock and prevent water ingress, minimizing the risk of costly maintenance and downtime. Control of the interceptor or blade is by means of a calibration-free electric submersible servo unit within the interceptor unit. Natural water cooling provides excellent operating conditions for the brushless DC servo motor, which operates at 12-32 volts. The blade stroke lasts 1.5 seconds and outperforms conventional trim tabs by at least a factor of 5.

Installation is made easy with an integral mounting plate and the option of a concealed or above-waterline, self-sealing cable entry. The desired mounting option is achieved by simply re-routing the servo cable. Each interceptor comes with a through-hull cable grommet, cable covers and a practical drilling template.
